2. Service Description
Stop & Start Auto provides mobile automotive repair services including but not limited to brake repair, battery replacement, and related automotive services in the Hampton Roads, VA area. We come to your location to provide convenient auto repair services.
3. Service Terms
- All services are performed by certified automotive technicians
- We use quality parts and provide warranties as specified
- Service times may vary based on location and complexity of work
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. We provide free estimates for most services. Payment is accepted in cash, check, or major credit cards. A service fee may apply for certain payment methods.
5. Warranties
We provide warranties on parts and labor as follows: Brake work comes with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. Battery warranties are provided by the manufacturer. All warranties are subject to normal wear and tear and proper vehicle maintenance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Stop & Start Auto's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and service location
- Ensure safe access to the vehicle for service
- Make payment upon completion of service
- Follow recommended maintenance schedules
- Report any issues with completed work promptly
8. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available 24/7 for battery jump starts and other urgent automotive needs. Emergency service rates may apply outside normal business hours.

10. Changes to Terms
